YOUR TASKS

  • Primary contact for government procurement offices
  • Customer relationship management and new client acquisition
  • Independently execute the sales strategy and take responsibility for achieving revenue goals
  • Conduct market analysis and monitoring
  • Organize customer training sessions
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on trade shows, conferences, and events
  • Flexible work from home or on the road

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed vocational training or a Bachelor's degree in business or technical fields
  • Previous service in the military or police preferred
  • Proven track record in field sales in the B2B/B2G sector (ideally in the police and military field)
  • Outstanding communication skills in both German and English
  • Self-motivated, structured, and goal-oriented work style
  • High willingness to travel and strong intercultural competence
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
